The system shows:

  • who is responsible,
  • what the deadline is,
  • whether implementation has been completed,
  • whether a follow-up check is required,
  • whether the corrective action was truly effective.

  • the recognition of deviations from normal operating patterns,
  • the generation of predictive risk alerts,
  • the planning of corrective actions based on identified errors,
  • the identification of recurring deficiencies,
  • the preparation of training notes,
  • the generation and evaluation of examination sheets,
  • management decision support.

The system can indicate, for example, if the temperature of a refrigerator deviates from its usual pattern, if cleaning or documentation deficiencies recur in a unit, or if there is an increased need for training in a specific area.

Targeted training based on actual deficiencies

The training system of the FoodCTRL application is not based only on general training materials, but also on the errors, deficiencies and knowledge gaps that occur in the actual operation of the specific business.

Based on inspections, errors, corrective actions and examination results from the previous period, the application prepares targeted training notes. Examination sheets can be generated from these materials, and incorrect answers are fed back into the next training cycle.

This ensures that training always focuses on the topics where improvement is genuinely needed within the business.
