Previously, I studied the genetic and physiological response reactions of plants to various stress factors. Currently, my research is related to food microbiology, hygiene, and food safety management.

I graduated as a certified economist from the MBA program at the University of Pannonia in Veszprém, then obtained a scientific (PhD) degree at the Doctoral School of Management and Organizational Sciences at Szent István University. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality/food industry, I am involved in the daily processes affecting the sector. My research focuses on food safety management, nutrition security, and the applicability of rapid food microbiological methods in food product development.

At KAP-IN-FOOD KFT., I am responsible for the development of the KAPSURE 'Next generation food safety' project.
